These services may be offered to individuals, brands, businesses, NGOs, and other organizations.

  1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must also provide accurate and complete information when registering for or purchasing our Services.

  1. Service Engagement and Payment

Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a service agreement or proposal document shared prior to work commencement.

Payment terms vary depending on the scope of work. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

For digital training courses, full payment is usually required upfront unless stated otherwise.

Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals on time.

Respect timelines and communication protocols agreed upon.

Ensure that any content they provide for use (images, audio, videos, etc.) is legally owned or properly licensed.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All original content, media, and training materials produced by AUP Digital Africa remain the intellectual property of the company.

Upon full payment, clients may receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for its intended purpose.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute training content or deliverables without written consent.

  1. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and expect the same in return. Any shared materials, documents, or private project information will not be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Training course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Service cancellations must be made in writing. Any work completed before cancellation may be billed.

AUP Digital Africa reserves the right to cancel a service or training with a refund if deemed necessary.

  1. Limitation of Liability

AUP Digital Africa will not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from service use.

Delays caused by force majeure or external factors beyond our control.

Client misuse of content or materials after delivery.

  1. Modifications to Services or Terms

We may update our services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
